A fun paddle at the Central Florida jewel

My Report:

When we arrived at Ray's Wayside in the morning we had no idea it was going to be so special. We had a heck of a time on the river, that was running high and a bit faster than usual. Part of it because the night before there was a lot of rain in the area. That made the usually pristine waters of the river...less pristine. It was beautiful anyways.

The traffic on the river was not bad at all. No more than three motor boats and less kayakers and canoes than usual. Humid day but not terribly hot. That and all the wildlife we saw made this day a very nice day. Posted some pics with this report and a link to our blog, in case you want to see more pics and read about more boring details.
